1. Service Overview

Aynshree Plumbing Services provides plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance services in Whitefield, Bangalore, and surrounding areas. By hiring us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Visiting Charges & Estimates

• Inspection Fee: A nominal visiting charge applies for the plumber to travel to your location and inspect the issue.
• Adjustment: If you agree to the repair quote and get the work done immediately, the visiting charge is often adjusted or waived (at the plumber's discretion).
• Estimates: Initial quotes given over the phone are estimates. The final price depends on the actual work required after physical inspection.

3. Material & Spare Parts

Customers can choose to buy spare parts (taps, pipes, valves) themselves or request the plumber to procure them.

• If the plumber purchases the parts, the cost will be added to the final bill.
• Warranty on Parts: The warranty on spare parts is provided by the manufacturer/brand, not by Aynshree Plumbing Services. We are responsible only for the labor/installation quality.

4. Service Warranty

We take pride in our work. We offer a limited warranty on our labor (workmanship). If a joint we fixed leaks again within 7 days due to our error, we will fix it free of charge. This does not cover misuse or existing faults in old pipes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.

• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and Bank Transfers.
• For large projects (e.g., full bathroom piping), an advance payment may be required for materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, Aynshree Plumbing Services is not liable for unforeseen damages to concealed pipes, tiles, or walls that may occur during necessary invasive repairs (e.g., breaking a wall to find a leak), unless due to gross negligence.

7. Cancellations

If you book an appointment and wish to cancel, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance. If the plumber reaches your location and you cancel, the basic visiting charge is payable.
